8760 Inc.’s InsideAgent for Energy Selected by Agway for Internet Data Transport Mechanism in Competitive Markets

8760 Inc. today announced that Agway Inc., a major agricultural cooperative with a large energy subsidiary, has chosen InsideAgent for Energy, formerly known as GISBAgent, for energy transactions over the Internet.

Rock Carbone, manager of information systems for Agway Energy Products, said his company chose InsideAgent for Energy for their transactions in New York’s deregulated energy market and plans to use the 8760 Inc. software in the deregulated Pennsylvania market as well.
